  Glenn was very helpful in finding a package that arrived at post office and hadn't been delivered in almost a week. Explained the situation of the company. We were in Hawaii and he was in PA.

  This is exactly why I use The UPS Store for ALL my shipping/mailing needs. Unfortunately, one package I ordered slipped through the cracks and was delivered USPS( which in itself is not a terrible thing) but a signature requirement was placed on the package and I was not home to receive it. Meaning it was sent to the closest post office. So whatever, no biggie. I called to ask a simple question, just one, and I was met by an irritated and unpleasant male voice on the other side of the phone. It was clear he did not want to be at work, or conversing with customers...or existing in a conscious state on earth. Now, I get it, it's Christmas, we are all busy and slammed at work. I myself am in customer service and with a shipping company. I don't expect every single person to chipper or happily wired. But come on, a little common curtesy, even a monotone voice would be better than some angry, older gentleman who makes it clear that customers are the last thing he wants to deal with. It's really a shame, people who don't have to worry about getting fired, so they treat others with contempt and make something simple into an unwanted experience. There's enough garbage in the world, no need to spread it around. So there it is, the post office on E. Simpson Ferry Rd in Mechanicsburg is not a place I would suggest to anyone. Just use The UPS Store people, they do postal and UPS and they are friendly and make you feel welcome...no matter how busy they are.
